The areas of interest of the Firm are diversified by virtue of its Customers with a particular interest in issues of management disputes out of Courts in the first place, which   is   accompanied   by the   assistance   and   advice on business contracts, in its every aspect. It prefers here to represent only the Areas of Law which the Firm operates mainly:

   Commercial contracts and   business in all   its aspects,   with limited   reference   to contracts, distribution, commercial lease, finance lease, loan, rental company;

•    Assistance in   proceedings before  the Regional Administrative Courts and the Council of State;
•    Assistance with issues concerning the issues of compensation, with specific experience gained in medical liability;
•    Assistance in matters of labor law and in every other aspect of the Civil Law;

Of course, given her qualifications in the field of Canon Law a lso with regard to the judgments
of nullity of marriage before the ecclesiastical courts and the Apostolic Tribunal of the Roman Rota as well, as a matter before the Supreme Tribunal of the Apostolic Signatura.
